Congrats to the Drill Team, Color Guard, and Rifle Team who did an OUTSTANDING job this weekend while at the Brigade Drill Competition. Five states of the best drill and rifle teams from across 7th Brigade, which included over 70 schools, competed for top positions. Clara Mefford did a great job commanding her first-ever Platoon-level event as the drill commander. Sara Bowman also did an outstanding job commanding Squad IDR. Corey Worthington did his usual terrific job commanding his last competitive color guard event. Alex Francisco won 5th overall in the Academic Bowl in which teams competed with their knowledge on ACT-type questions, leadership, land navigation, etc. The Rifle Team won 4th overall in the Sporter Division, competing against hundreds of shooters. Congrats to Alequa Richardson and Nicole Sims, who finished out their rifle season with a shoot over 500.
